Removing a SIM card

► Switch the notebook off and pull the power plug out of the mains socket.

► Close th e LCD screen so that it locks into place.

► Disconnect all cables conn ected to the notebook.

► Turn your notebook over and place it on a stable, ﬂat and clean surface. If necessary, lay

an anti-slip cloth on this surface to prevent the notebook from being scratched.

► Remo v e the battery (se e Section "

Removing the battery", Page 11).

► Push the S IM card inwards slightly to

eject it from the slot (1).

► Pull the SIM card out of the slot in the

direction of the arrow (2).

► Reinst all the battery (see "

Battery: inserting", Page 11).

► Turn the notebook the right way up and place it on a ﬂ at surface.

► Reconnect the cables that you disconnected previously.
